Benefits :-
It is made from many types of dry fruits! It is helpful in curing weakness, fatigue, dizziness and other physical problems. If children are not growing properly or are not developing physically and mentally, then taking dry fruits protein power will cure diseases like weakness, fatigue etc.
Method of use :-
1. In the morning and evening on an empty stomach with 1 glass of lukewarm milk, 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the evening.
2. Do not eat anything for 1 hour after taking it.
3. Pure water should be drunk throughout the day.
4. Anyone from 6 years to 65 years can take it.
Modulation :-
1. Do not consume harmful substances like adhara, tamarind, lemon, ghatani etc.
2. Never eat fried food, fat or things made from gram flour.
3. Do not consume cold drinks.
4. Drink as much hot water as possible.
5. Pregnant women must seek medical advice before consuming it.
